The party has a Women’s League that comprises the women members of the Movement organized on a Constituency basis.
The Women’s League has special responsibility for dealing with the problems of women and for promoting the full participation of women in all phases of national and community life with particular emphasis on moral, social, economic and cultural activities.
The Lady Vice Chairman of the Movement is the ex officio Chairman of the Women’s League and it is her duty to draw up in conjunction with the Women’s League Executive, an Annual Programme for the Women’s League and the approval of the General Council.
An Annual Conference of the Women’s League must be convened by the Executive Committee of the Women’s League to elect the members of the Executive other than the Chairman.
